Which products are excluded from the 5% member price?
Some manufacturers set a minimum advertised or resale price, and we honor it. Those products still ship free for members, but the 5% does not apply. Everything else qualifies.
Is free shipping really on every order?
Yes, standard shipping to addresses we ship to, with no order minimum. Oversize or truck freight items with shipping over $25 are not included.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. Your perks end when you cancel.
How do 60-day returns work?
Members get 60 days from delivery instead of 30. Everything else in our return policy still applies, including condition requirements and non-returnable items.
Do I need to sign in?
