Boat Supplies Direct ships across the continental United States. Many items ship directly from our distribution and manufacturer partners to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships, when available.
Delivery time
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Some items may arrive in multiple shipments if they ship from different warehouses.
Oversized & freight items
Large or heavy items (such as anchors, batteries, and motors) may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries are scheduled in advance and may require someone to be present and to sign for the delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.
Backorders & delays
If an item is backordered or delayed, we will contact you with an updated timeline and options.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact info@nautical.network within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
