Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Boat Supplies Direct. If you need to return an item, please review the terms below.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and documentation.

How to start a return

Email info@nautical.network with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return shipping & restocking

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used electronics
  • Special-order, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Hazardous materials (flares, batteries, paints, chemicals)
  • Installed or used products
  • Clearance and final-sale items

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on delivery. Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos to info@nautical.network. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
